These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace97 ("ace97", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ace97.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by using any gaming or betting service offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account with ace97, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace97 operates a strict 21+ policy. Registration by any person under this age is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ace97 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ace97 or any of its affiliated game providers or partners.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

ace97 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ace97 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ace97 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify ace97 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. ace97 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the loss was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ace97 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform or its users. In the event of a suspension pending investigation, ace97 will attempt to notify the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ace97 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.

All ace97 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge currency conversion fees, as BDT is the native account currency. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in BDT at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Accepted payment methods on ace97 include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. ace97 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ace97 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be refunded to its origin and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. ace97 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. In exceptional cases, withdrawal processing may take up to 5 business days. ace97 will not be liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines.

ace97 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. This may include requesting documentation of the source of funds deposited. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such checks. Failure to cooperate may result in the withdrawal being withheld and the account being restricted until the matter is resolved.

ace97 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ace97 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of this period and cannot be reinstated.
• ace97 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account where abuse or exploitation of the promotion is suspected.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.

All content on the ace97 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ace97 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the ace97 Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ace97. Unauthorised use of ace97 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond ace97's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account compromise due to inadequate password security.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RTP, or technical errors within their respective game software.
• Any indirect or consequential financial losses arising from participation in gaming or betting activities on the Platform.

ace97's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ace97's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ace97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace97 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms. ace97 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ace97 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3. ace97 will process any verified balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed between the parties in writing.
